14,000 m2 of Office Space

Erected in Jankovcova Street, the two newly completed buildings of the Prague Marina Office Centre contain 14,000 m2 of office space. The buildings create a natural sound barrier for the Prague Marina residential complex, located on the river. A construction of a third adjoining office building with 8,800 m2 of office space is at the planning stage.
